I'm a Digital Product Specialist with 15+ years of experience specializing in creative direction driven by user-centered design principles that both solve user problems and satisfy business requirements. I translate discoveries into plans for new and better products, and have spent considerable time creating UX Research & Design practices and cultures at growing organizations.

I am a certified user experience specialist by the Nielsen Norman Group, specializing in interaction design. 

During my career in agency, educational and fintech environments, I learned the importance of a facilitative leadership style that follows an iterative design practice of ideation, gathering user research through interviews and contextual inquiry, and using analytics to identify areas for optimization.
